We request that the patient contact their pharmacy to refill a prescription. The pharmacy will then call our office and the refill will be handled in a speedy manner. The purpose for this procedure is that it's easier because the pharmacy will provide us with all the pertinent information on the medication and whether a refill is required. Some insurance companies require the patient mail in prescriptions - if it's necessary for us to fax the prescriptions - it's done almost immediately because we know there is a waiting period before the patient receives the medication. ALL PRESCRIPTIONS ARE HANDLED THE SAME DAY!!!!

It is our priority that patients receive their medication in a timely manner and all aspects of pharmacy procedures are our top priority.
